ABOUT US:

Integrative Clinical Psychology (ICP) is a boutique private psychology practice located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Maroochydore. Our mission is to provide evidence-based psychological support to families and individuals of all ages in a supportive, professional, and friendly environment. ICP is passionate about viewing individuals through a holistic lens and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure they thrive.

ICP has a loyal referral base and is ready to expand with the right Clinical Psychologist who shares a similar philosophy around exceptional client care and who would love to grow with our practice long-term. Our ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, has a can-do attitude, and who can easily develop rapport with clients of all ages. Our ideal candidate has exceptional clinical and assessment skills, specifically working with Cognitive Assessments, ADHD and Autism assessment and diagnosis requirements would be highly advantageous, is both self-reflective and has a willingness to engage in ongoing personal and professional development.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

If you are a fully registered clinical psychologist, we currently have an exciting opportunity for you to come on-board with us on a full-time or part-time basis (3 or 5 days). You will have the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan with varying presenting concerns. We want to ensure you have a good work/life balance and are well-supported. As such, our model will focus on a full-time caseload of 25 to a max of 30 attended client appointments, or allow for a mixture of non contact diary allocation, for assessment report writing and consultation with external parties, and providing full administrative support and caseload monitoring to ensure you have a balance of mild to severe presentations.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

- A fully registered Clinical Psychologist

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number

- A willingness for professional and personal growth

- Self-motivated and positive can-do attitude
